Digital Driving License Cards And Hardware Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of digital driving license cards and associated hardware for Islamabad Traffic Police for financial years 2026-27 to 2028-29. Sealed bids are invited from reputed firms and vendors having active NTN and STRN through EPADS. Bidding documents are available free of cost through EPADS. Bid security in the prescribed refundable amount is required in the form of Bank Draft or CDR. Scanned bid security shall be uploaded on EPADS and original instrument submitted before bid opening. Only firms registered with PPRA e-procurement system are eligible. Quantities may be increased or decreased according to operational requirements and budget. Bids shall be submitted online through EPADS and opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Pro Tip: Complete EPADS registration and submit original bid security before the opening time to ensure responsiveness.
