Security Services Office Facilities Tender Notice
Description
Provision of security services for office buildings, stores, asphalt plant and parking plazas located at multiple sites. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules. Eligible firms must possess valid Home Department registration, NTN and PRA registration. Bid security amounting to Rs.287,100 is mandatory and must be submitted in prescribed form. Electronic bids are required through E-PADS and original bid security must be submitted before bid closing time. Contract period is twelve months. Pro Tip: Ensure submission of both electronic bid documents and original bid security before the deadline to avoid disqualification.
