Legal Advisory Services For Bank Incorporation Tender Notice
Description
Provision of legal, regulatory and advisory services for registration, incorporation, licensing and regulatory compliance of the proposed Bank of Balochistan with State Bank of Pakistan, Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, Federal Board of Revenue, provincial tax authorities and other relevant forums. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Financial proposals will be opened only for technically qualified firms. Electronic submission through BPPRA e-procurement system is mandatory and no manual submissions will be accepted.
