Dental Units Hospital Services Provision Tender Notice
Description
Provision and supply of three dental units for hospital services. Bidders must be manufacturers, sole agents, authorized agents of foreign principals, distributors, or local principals registered on e-PADS and with relevant tax authorities. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Estimated cost is Rs. 4,800,000/- with bid security of Rs. 96,000/- equivalent to 2% of estimated cost in the form of Bank Draft, Bank Guarantee, CDR, Demand Draft, Pay Order or Banker's Cheque. Electronic bids shall be submitted through e-PADS. Original bid security must be submitted before bid opening. Technical and financial proposals must include brand and model names. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the closing date in the presence of bidder representatives. Bid validity is 180 days. Hard copies are not required. Pro Tip: Ensure e-PADS registration, valid bid security, complete technical specifications and tax compliance before submission.
