Framework Contract For Supply Of Medical Gases Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for bulk purchase and supply of medical gases on FOR Lahore basis from manufacturers and sole agents of foreign principals. Procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Bidding documents are available through PPRA, e-PADS and relevant departmental websites. Electronic bids shall be submitted through e-PADS by the specified deadline. Bid security up to 2% of estimated cost of quoted items shall be provided through Bank Draft, Bank Guarantee, CDR, Demand Draft, Pay Order or Banker's Cheque along with technical proposal and original security before bid opening. Technical and financial proposals must include both brand and generic names. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidder representatives. Bid validity shall remain 180 days from bid opening. Hard copies are not required. Pro Tip: Ensure proper e-PADS submission, valid bid security and complete technical documentation to avoid disqualification.
