Centralized Parking Management Software System Tender Notice
Description
Design, development, customization, deployment, training and support of a centralized cloud-based parking management software system supporting web, desktop and mobile platforms. The solution shall provide centralized control, real-time monitoring, transparent reporting, scalability, security and future automation readiness for multi-site parking operations. Procurement shall be conducted under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Technical proposals must include complete specifications, company credentials, tax registrations and bid security equal to 5% of estimated price. Financial proposals shall include all taxes and charges. Technical bids will be evaluated before opening financial proposals of qualified bidders. Pro Tip: Provide detailed technical architecture, implementation methodology and support arrangements with the proposal.
