Procurement Of Medical Appliances Laboratory Chemicals And B Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of small medical appliances - chemicals for laboratory and laboratory kits - blood bank charges for healthcare operations. Bids shall be submitted through e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) by file uploading method. Estimated costs include Rs.3000000 for small medical appliances, Rs.700000 for chemicals for lab and lab kits, and Rs.500000 for blood bank charges. Bid security at 2% is required including Rs.60000, Rs.14000 and Rs.10000 respectively in the form of Bank Guarantee, CDR or Pay Order. Scanned copies must be uploaded through EPADS and scanned hard copies must be provided before closing hours, otherwise bids will be rejected. Submission will be accepted through EPADS only and bidders must be registered with EPADS and fulfill legal formalities as per PPRA policy. Bid closing time is 11:00 AM and bid opening time is 11:30 AM on the closing date. Quality and quantity policy shall be strictly observed.
