Framework Contract For Hospital Supplies And Medicines Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of local purchase medicines including day to day, emergency and bulk requirements - dialysis medicines, surgical and consumable items - pathology laboratory items and reagent kits - general store items - printing items - stationery items - X-ray films and chemicals - dental materials and instruments - medical gases - bedding and linen items for financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under open competitive bidding using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Separate bidding documents are required for each lot. Bids must be uploaded electronically through EPADS and accompanied by bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost valid for 180 days in the form of CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft or Bankers Cheque. Original bid security must be submitted before closing time. Active NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates are mandatory. Incomplete, conditional, unsigned, overwritten or doubtful bids shall be rejected. Bid opening will take place in the presence of available bidders or authorized representatives.
