Road Rehabilitation Tuff Tiles Installation Works Tender Notice
Description
Execution of civil development works including installation of tuff tiles outside provincial office premises and rehabilitation and improvement of road infrastructure. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014. Contractors registered with PEC in relevant categories and possessing active NTN and PNTN registrations are eligible. Bidders shall submit technical and financial proposals electronically through EPADS. Bid security equal to 5% of estimated cost in the form of Bank Guarantee, Bank Draft, Pay Order or CDR is mandatory and original bid security must be submitted before the submission deadline. Only technically responsive bidders shall qualify for financial bid opening. Technical evaluation criteria include PEC registration, tax registrations, working capital, bank balance, credit line and completion of similar projects.
