Public Infrastructure Solar Lighting Construction Works Tender Notice
Description
Construction and development works including entry gate construction - installation of energy efficient solar street lights in commercial and public areas - waiting shed construction - RCC dust bin container installation - construction of monuments and tourist facilitation sign boards. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible contractors must possess valid PEC registration, Local Council Board registration, KPRA and FBR registrations and meet technical evaluation criteria including experience, equipment, personnel, financial and managerial capabilities. Bid security equal to 2% of bid amount in the form of call deposit is required. Original technical and financial proposals must be submitted through courier or registered post and uploaded electronically on EPADS. Bids shall remain valid for 90 days. Pro Tip: Ensure consistency between hard copies and electronic submissions to avoid disqualification.
