Contact Center Services And Network Infrastructure Procureme Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of contact center services including call center agents with basic proficiency and English proficiency under framework contract for complaint helpline and citizen contact center operations - procurement of networking infrastructure equipment for healthcare information technology systems. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted separately through EPADS. Bid securities are fixed at Rs.5,760,000 for basic proficiency agents lot, Rs.1,580,000 for English proficiency agents lot and Rs.560,000 for networking infrastructure equipment lot. Tender documents are available free of cost through official websites. Income tax and sales tax registration documents must accompany bids.
