Hybrid Solar Systems Procurement Installation Tender Notice
Description
Procurement and installation of two 5kW hybrid solar systems under college funds. Bidding shall be conducted through Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Eligible firms must be registered with KPPRA and FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List. Bid security of 2% of total bid value in shape of Call Deposit Receipt is required. Quoted rates shall remain valid for sixty days and include all applicable taxes. Successful bidder shall provide performance guarantee equal to 10% of contract value in shape of Call Deposit Receipt retained until warranty expiry. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Submit all registration certificates and bid security documentation with the sealed bid package.
