Purchase Of Specialized Dressing Items And Pcr System Tender Notice
Description
Framework rate contract for purchase and supply of specialized dressing items for plastic surgery unit and placement of PCR system semi automated on reagent rental basis. Procurement shall be conducted through E-PADS under Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure with separate Technical and Financial Bids. Eligible bidders must be manufacturers, importers or sole agents, registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments. Earnest money equal to 2% of estimated cost in the shape of deposit at call or bank guarantee is mandatory. Original bid security must be submitted before tender closing. Blacklisted or defaulting firms are not eligible. Financial and technical proposals shall be evaluated according to PPRA Rules 2014. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Submit original bid security before closing time and ensure all tax registrations and required documents are uploaded through E-PADS.
