Road Link Development And Improvement Works Tender Notice
Description
Development and improvement works for road links including sustainable development of scheme links connecting major roads. Procurement shall be conducted through E-Tendering under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible engineering firms and contractors must possess valid PEC Category C-5 and above with required specialized codes, active NTN and PNTN registrations and meet technical evaluation criteria regarding financial capacity and experience. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted separately through EPADS. Bid security equal to 5% of estimated cost is mandatory.
