Vehicle Tyres Batteries Supply Tender Notice
Description
Supply of tyres and batteries for buses, trucks, coasters, vans and other official vehicles. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure with technical and financial evaluation ratio of 70:30. Eligible bidders include manufacturers, authorized dealers, vendors and suppliers with minimum five years experience. Earnest money in the form of call deposit is mandatory and must accompany the technical proposal. Bidders must provide business registration documents, affidavit regarding non-blacklisting and bank statements demonstrating financial stability. International bidders may participate through authorized local representatives.
