Description
Procurement of Scientific Equipment and Instruments - Machinery - Sports Items - Chemicals - Glassware - Kits - Models - Desktop Computers - Laptops - Multimedia Projectors - Laser Printers - Photostat Machines - Scanners through open competitive bidding under single stage one envelope procedure. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and registered on SPPRA EPADS. Eligibility includes average turnover of at least PKR 50 million for Category A, PKR 35 million for Category B and PKR 70 million for Category C along with bank certificate, NTN, Sales Tax registration, active taxpayer status, professional tax certificate, relevant experience, CNIC of authorized official and affidavit regarding litigation and blacklisting status. Bid document fee is PKR 5,000. Bid security required is PKR 750,000 for Category A, PKR 483,690 for Category B and PKR 1,050,000 for Category C. Bids shall be submitted both physically and through SPPRA EPADS. Bid opening will take place on 25-06-2026 at scheduled times.
