Medicines Laboratory Oxygen Services Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of Medicines - Disposables - Medical Devices for Sehat Card Patients - Laboratory Investigation Services - Oxygen Refilling Services for fiscal year 2026-27 through E-PADS under single stage single envelope procedure. E-bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS. Bid security required is PKR 500,000 for medicines and medical devices, PKR 50,000 for laboratory investigation and PKR 150,000 for oxygen refilling. Vendors must possess active taxpayer status, FBR registration, sales tax registration and required licenses. Medicines suppliers must have valid drug sale or wholesale license. Laboratory units must be registered with Health Care Commission KPK and staffed with qualified personnel. Vendors must maintain facilities within 100 meters of the hospital and provide services continuously until 30-06-2027. Original bid security in CDR form must be submitted before closing time. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM. Pro Tip: Upload all scanned documents through E-PADS and submit original bid security before the deadline to avoid rejection.
