Commercial Land Property Rental Opportunities Tender Notice
Description
Renting of underutilized commercial land properties and structures located in multiple cities for development opportunities including logistics warehousing banking healthcare medical colleges hospitals marquees beverage industry and bus terminals. Procurement shall follow single stage two envelope procedure. Eligible entities must be registered with SECP FBR and PPRA e-PADS and possess valid licenses experience and non-blacklisting affidavit. Bid security equal to two percent of bid value and non-refundable bidding fee of PKR 20000 are required. Bids shall be submitted through e-PADS and in hard copy. Pro Tip: Ensure all corporate registrations and affidavits are included with the proposal package.
