Construction Of Black Top Road Package Tender Notice
Description
Construction of black top road from Zhob to Mekhtar via Murgha Kibzai (N-50 and N-70) length 103 km including Package-1 from Km 00+000 to Km 35+000 on percentage rate basis under composite schedule rates 2023. Procurement to be conducted under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Only electronic bids are allowed and no physical bid is required. Bidders must be registered on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA. Eligibility includes presence in Active Tax Payer List, registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority, bidder not blacklisted by any procuring agency, completion of two similar assignments during the last five years, turnover of at least PKR 2,376,709,300 in three subsequent previous years, and PEC registration category C-B and above with specialized codes CE01, CE02 and CE10. Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure shall be used. Bid security of 2 percent in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call is required. Tender fee is PKR 2,000. Bidding documents are available electronically. Bids shall be submitted electronically and opened on the same day at 12:00 PM.
