Special Repair Of Rural Link Road Tender Notice
Description
Special repair of Bhabrah Hilalpur Road to RHC Bhabran along Saim Nullah with length of 0.50 KM in District Sargodha. Procurement shall be conducted through Punjab PPRA E-Tendering System. Eligible contractors must possess valid PEC registration in relevant category and codes for financial year 2025-26 and be registered on Punjab PPRA e-procurement portal. Earnest money equal to 5 percent of estimated cost is required in the form of CDR only and original CDR must be furnished before bid opening. Lowest evaluated bidder shall provide performance guarantee equal to 10 percent of contract amount. Bidders must quote item rates and total amounts in financial proposal. Rigid pavement work shall use concrete batching plant and paving machine while surfacing works shall be executed through mechanized system. Bids will be downloaded and rates announced in presence of Tender Opening Committee.
