Procurement Of Office Equipment For Pediatric Units Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of office equipment and allied items for pediatric emergency units at teaching hospitals located in Kharan, Khuzdar, Loralai, Turbat, Naseerabad, Sibi, Pishin and Zhob with total item count of 20. Procurement shall be conducted under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 through Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Only electronic bids are permitted through BPPRA Electronic Procurement System and no physical bids are required. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities, appear on Active Taxpayer List, possess valid sales tax registration where applicable, and must not be blacklisted. Eligibility includes completion of at least two similar assignments worth PKR 75 million each during the last three years, accumulated turnover of not less than PKR 175 million during the last three completed financial years, audited financial statements, technical compliance sheets, and commitment to delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, warranty and after-sales services. Delivery and commissioning must be completed within thirty calendar days. Bid security equal to 2 percent of quoted bid value is required in the form of CDR, Demand Draft, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee. Technical proposals shall be opened electronically on the same day.
