Canal Division Office Quarters Rehabilitation Tender Notice
Description
Rehabilitation of office complex and residential quarters of Gujrat Canal Division damaged during 2025 urban floods. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Single Envelope procedure on EPADS under PPRA Rules 2014. Contractors licensed by Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant specialization and registered with PPRA may participate. Bid security of 5 percent of estimated cost in the form of Bank Guarantee or CDR is mandatory. Original bid security and PEC documents must be submitted before opening. Successful bidder shall provide performance guarantee of 10 percent of contract amount and execute agreement within prescribed timelines.
