Hospital Parking Stand Services Auction Tender Notice
Description
Auction of cycle stand and parking services for financial year 2026-2027. Procurement includes operation and management of parking facilities for bicycles, motorcycles, cars and jeeps at the hospital premises. Participants must submit certified copies of computerized national identity card, tax registration certificate and an affidavit on stamp paper confirming that they are not blacklisted by the hospital or PPRA. Bid security of PKR 300,000 is required. Successful bidder must deposit one tenth of the bid amount immediately, one fourth during the first week of July and the remaining amount in quarterly installments. Parking service shall be available 24 hours a day. Contractor shall be responsible for any loss occurring at the parking stand and must provide identification tokens. All parking staff shall wear uniforms and their details including identity card and contact information shall be submitted. Fee collection rates include bicycle parking, motorcycle parking and car or jeep parking as prescribed. Bidders must be present personally with original identity card at the time of bidding. Tender opening and auction will be held on 2026-06-22 at 10:00 AM. If auction cannot be conducted on the scheduled date, subsequent auctions will be held on 2026-06-25 and 2026-06-29 under the same terms and conditions.
