Horse Feed Fodder Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of feed and fodder for 34 horses during financial year 2026-2027. Sealed bids are invited from experienced, financially sound, registered firms holding relevant tax registrations including income tax, sales tax and Punjab sales tax registration. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under PPRA Rules 2014 using a single stage one envelope procedure. Bids shall comprise separate technical and financial proposals uploaded through EPADS. Technical proposal shall include item specifications, manufacturer authorization where applicable, sales tax returns and other required documentation. Financial proposal shall include rates inclusive of all taxes, duties and charges. Bid security equal to 4 percent of the estimated cost in the form of pay order or bank draft from a scheduled bank is mandatory and bids without bid security shall be rejected. Technical and financial proposals will be opened on 2026-06-29 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders. Samples must be produced at the time of tender opening and authorized representatives must provide authority letters. Only technically qualified lowest evaluated bids shall be considered. Financial proposals of technically non-responsive bidders shall remain unopened. Successful bidder shall furnish performance guarantee equal to 40 percent as required. Approved rates shall remain valid up to 2027-06-30.
