Reconstruction Damaged Water Channel Tender Notice
Description
Reconstruction of damaged water channel at Murtaza Abad District Hunza under development project ADP(477)-2024-25. Procurement was conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope method under Rule 39(b) of GB-PPRA Rules. Three bids were received and evaluated according to the criteria provided in the approved bidding documents. Two bidders were declared non-responsive due to missing original affidavits duly attested by a Magistrate and absence of page numbering and stamping on technical proposals. One bidder qualified for financial opening after meeting the technical evaluation requirements.
