Janitorial Services Outsourcing Tender Notice
Description
Outsourcing of janitorial services for healthcare facility operations for the financial year 2026-27. Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure shall apply. E-bids must be submitted through E-PADS. Estimated cost is Rs. 51,000,000/- with bid security of Rs. 1,020,000/-. Earnest money shall be provided through CDR, Bank Guarantee, Bank Draft or Pay Order issued in favor of the procuring agency and must be submitted from company official accounts. Hard copy of the financial instrument along with company letterhead and relevant tender information must be submitted before e-bid opening in addition to uploading a soft copy on E-PADS. Procurement shall be governed under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Ensure bid security and all mandatory supporting documents are uploaded and submitted before the opening time to avoid disqualification.
