Distribution Network Materials Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of distribution network materials including 200 KVA Distribution Transformers - ACSR Dog Conductor - ACSR Osprey Conductor - AAC Wasp Conductor - LT CTs 100/5 Amp - LT CTs 200/5 Amp - LT CTs 400/5 Amp - 15 KV XLPE Power Cable Single Core 240 mm2 - Single Core PVC Cable - HT Steel Hollow Poles 35 ft - HT Steel Structures 45 ft Long - Meter Security Boxes A-Type for CT Ratios 200/5, 400/5 and 500/5 - Aerial Bundled Conductors 50 mm2 and 95 mm2 - Frames for Clustering of Meters with Accessories. Material shall be procured on FCS basis at consignee stores except specified items on Ex-Works basis. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS 2.0 under Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules 2004. Rates shall be quoted in local currency inclusive of taxes and duties and exclusive of GST. Original bid security in the form of Call Deposit, Bank Draft, Pay Order or Bid Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in favor of Chief Executive Officer shall be submitted before e-bid submission deadline and uploaded with the e-bid. Conditional tenders shall not be accepted. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Ensure EPADS registration, bid security submission and complete technical documentation before the relevant tender opening date.
