Security Equipment Cctv Installation Services Tender Notice
Description
Provision and hiring of services for Muharram-ul-Haram 2026 - Chehlum Shuhda-e-Karbala 2026 - Eid Milad-un-Nabi 2026 including hiring of vehicles for Army and Rangers troops - procurement of barbed wire and razor wire - hiring of walk through gates - security equipment and articles - installation of CCTV cameras in all four tehsils of the district - illumination of office buildings and surveillance arrangements for processions. Procurement shall be conducted under Single Stage Two Envelope basis in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must be authorized dealers, distributors, wholesalers, stockists, contractors or general order suppliers registered with FBR and PRA having NTN. Financial proposal must be accompanied by bank guarantee equal to 5% of bid value and successful bidder shall provide 5% performance security in the shape of bank guarantee. Tender documents can be obtained against payment of PKR 2000. Technical bids shall be opened 30 minutes after bid closing time and only technically qualified bidders shall proceed to financial bid opening. Blacklisted firms and government servants are not eligible.
