Court Solarization Systems Installation Tender Notice
Description
Installation of Hybrid Off Grid Solarization systems for District Headquarter Mandi Bahauddin, Sub Division Phalia and Sub Division Malakwal courts. Procurement includes Lot 1 at District Headquarter, Lot 2 at Phalia and Lot 3 at Malakwal. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Bid security equal to 5% of estimated cost is required for each lot. Bids shall be submitted electronically by 29-06-2026 and opened on the same day. Rates shall include all applicable taxes and remain valid for 180 days. Successful bidder shall provide performance guarantee equal to 10% of contract value. Bidders must possess active tax registrations, PEC category C3 or above and submit litigation history or no litigation affidavit. Pro Tip: Ensure original CDR submission and complete EPADS documentation before bid deadline.
