Construction Of New Tube Well Facility Tender Notice
Description
Installation and construction of one new 02-CFS tube well at UC-59 Lahore. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible contractors must possess PEC category C5 or above with specialization codes CE-09, CE-10 and ME-06 and active FBR and PRA registrations. Bid security equal to 3% of estimated cost amounting to PKR 1111892.70 is required in favour of Director Procurement and Stores WASA. Bids shall be submitted electronically by 29-06-2026 at 11:00 AM and technical bids opened at 11:30 AM. Only technically responsive bidders shall qualify for financial opening.
