Cleanliness Services For Model Cattle Markets Tender Notice
Description
Provision of cleanliness services for Model Cattle Market Chichawatni, Model Cattle Market Arifwala and divisional office facilities. Scope includes Lot-01 cleanliness services for Model Cattle Market Chichawatni with estimated price Rs. 6,300,000 and bid security Rs. 315,000 and Lot-02 cleanliness services for Model Cattle Market Arifwala with estimated price Rs. 5,700,000 and bid security Rs. 285,000. Bidding shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure comprising separate technical and financial proposals. E-bids are invited from registered companies, firms and service providers registered on E-PADS. Bids must be submitted only through the E-PADS portal. Financial proposal shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes. Bid security equal to 5 percent in the form of Pay Order or CDR is required. Successful bidder bid security shall be retained as performance guarantee and returned upon successful completion of the contract. Bid validity period shall be 90 days from the closing date. Technical evaluation shall be conducted first and financial proposals will be opened on a later announced date.
