Electronic bids are invited through EPADS under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Bid security equal to 2 percent of the estimated cost of each lot is required and original CDR or Pay Order must be submitted. Bids shall be submitted online through EPADS. Bid opening shall be conducted after submission closing.
