Security Services Outsourcing Tender Notice
Description
Outsourcing of security services for Financial Year 2026-27. Estimated contract value Rs. 71,483,734 with bid security of Rs. 714,837. E-bids are invited from eligible bidders registered with e-PADS and relevant registration and tax authorities. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids must be submitted electronically through e-PADS. Original bid security along with affidavit of Rs. 100 as prescribed in the bidding documents must be submitted manually in a separate envelope at the time of tender opening. Bid validity period is 180 days from the date of bid opening. Hard copies of electronic bids are not required. Late bids shall be rejected.
