Janitorial Services Outsourcing Tender Notice
Description
Outsourcing of janitorial services for Sahiwal Institute of Cardiology Sahiwal for the financial year 2026-27. Estimated contract value Rs. 51,000,000 with bid security of Rs. 1,020,000. E-bids are invited through E-PADS from eligible firms having established technical, financial and managerial credentials. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Earnest money at 2 percent of quoted value is required in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Bank Draft or Pay Order issued in favour of Executive Director Sahiwal Institute of Cardiology. Bidders must upload a soft copy of bid security on E-PADS and submit the original financial instrument with company letterhead before bid opening. All bids must be submitted through E-PADS.
