Vrf Hvac System Components Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of components for Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) and Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system as per tender documents, specifications and quantities. Bidding documents may be obtained upon written application with payment of tender fee of Rs 2,000 through Pay Order. Sealed bids are to be submitted under single-stage sealed tender process. Prices shall be quoted in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of delivery and applicable taxes including GST and remain valid for one month. Validity of offer, delivery schedule, complete specifications, equipment nomenclature and warranty details must be provided. Equipment must conform strictly to specified requirements and alternate options will not be accepted. Bid opening will take place on 16 June 2026 at 1530 hours.
