Security Services Outsourcing Tender Notice
Description
Outsourcing of security services for financial year 2026-2027. E-bids are invited from eligible bidders registered on e-PADS and with relevant registration and tax authorities. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Estimated procurement value is Rs. 71,483,734 and bid security of Rs. 714,837 is required. Original bid security along with affidavit on Rs.100 stamp paper must be submitted manually at the time of tender opening in a separate envelope. Bids must be submitted electronically through e-PADS. Bid validity shall remain 180 days from opening date. Bid opening will take place on 04 July 2026 at 11:30 AM.
