Environmental Monitoring Digital Systems Development Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for strengthening of GIS/MIS Cell - solarization of head office building - development of digitized system for monitoring of toxic wastes and waste-water disposal - digitalization of environmental approvals and monitoring system - installation of smart carbon monitoring chips at selected locations for real time carbon emissions monitoring. Eligible firms with valid PEC/KPRA registration where applicable and active taxpayer status may participate. Bidding shall be conducted under single-stage two-envelope method of KPPRA Rules 2014. Technical and Financial Proposals must be submitted through EPADS. Technical proposals will be opened publicly. Pre-bid meeting is scheduled on 2026-06-30 at 10:00 AM. Proposals must be signed and stamped by authorized representatives. Incomplete, conditional, altered or manipulated proposals shall be rejected. Government duties, taxes and KPRA taxes shall apply.
