Supply Of Food Medicines And Miscellaneous Items Tender Notice
Description
Supply of cooked food, medicines and miscellaneous items on jail gate delivery basis for prisoners and under-trial prisoners of Sub Jail Jamrud, Sub Jail Bara and Sub Jail Landikotal for fiscal year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS in accordance with KPPRA procedures. Eligible bidders must be registered with KPPRA, EPADS, FBR, NTN, Sales Tax authorities and possess a valid certificate from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety and Halal Food Authority under Section 15 of the KPFSA and HFA Act 2014. Original call deposit receipt equal to 2% of tender value shall be submitted before the closing date and time. Successful bidder shall execute an agreement and provide performance guarantee equal to 8% of contract value in the form of bank guarantee. Applicable taxes including income tax, sales tax, professional tax and stamp duty shall apply. Supply shall be accepted only after inspection and satisfactory report. Substandard or non-supplied items may be procured at the contractor risk and cost and may result in blacklisting and forfeiture of security. Bids will be submitted electronically and opened online.
