Supply Of Medicines And Vaccines For Employees Tender Notice
Description
Supply of medicines and vaccines to in-service and retired employees on discounted monthly rates under a one year contract extendable. Registered local chemists, druggists, wholesalers and retailers operating in Multan are eligible. Bidders must possess valid Drug Sale License Form-9, active taxpayer status and experience of supplying to government hospitals or institutions. Estimated cost is Rs.35 million and bid security is 5% amounting to Rs.1.75 million in the form of CDR in favor of Director Finance WASA Multan. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure using E-PADS. Affidavit regarding authenticity of documents and undertaking regarding non-blacklisting are mandatory.
