Supply Of Transmission Line Materials And Fittings Tender Notice
Description
Supply of transmission line materials including ZM-1 towers with stubs and cleats, leg extensions, suspension fittings, tension fittings, stock bridge dampers, mid span joints, repair sleeves, PG clamps, earthwire fittings and tower grounding sets under national competitive bidding. Procurement will be conducted through Single Stage One Envelope procedure on E-PADS. Bidders must submit electronic bids through E-PADS and provide bid security from a scheduled bank in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, bank draft or pay order valid for 120 days from bid opening. Bids shall remain valid for 90 days from opening. Bidders must not be blacklisted, debarred or defaulted in WAPDA, NTDC, NGC or DISCOs and must submit an undertaking on stamp paper. Materials must comply with WAPDA, PEPCO, NTDC specifications and IEC standards. Opening will be conducted electronically in the presence of bidder representatives.
