Description

Framework contract on lot basis for exhibition and fair services, purchase of hardware, repair of hardware, purchase of information technology equipment, repair of information technology equipment, repair of machinery and repair of furniture. Procurement will be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure using EPADS. Separate bids are required for each lot. Bid security in fixed amounts according to each lot must be submitted in the form of CDR, demand draft or pay order in favor of Section Officer Welfare-I S&GAD. Original bid security instruments are required before completion of the bid opening session. Electronic submission through EPADS is mandatory. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Review lot-specific requirements carefully and submit the correct fixed bid security for the selected lot.
