Supply of 200,000 meter locks as per specifications and drawings under Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Bidders must participate through EPADS, upload signed and stamped documents, submit required PEC certificate where applicable and deposit the physical bid bond before submission time. Bid security of Rs. 700,000 is required, bid validity is 120 days and bids will be opened at 10:30 AM. Pro Tip: Ensure EPADS submission and physical bid bond delivery are completed before the deadline.
