Construction Repair Public Buildings Tender Notice
Description
Construction of classrooms with washrooms and furniture in higher education colleges, construction and restoration of boundary walls in colleges and special repair of Deputy Commissioner Camp Office. Estimated costs are PKR 34.800 million, PKR 8.570 million and PKR 4.500 million respectively. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS on item rate basis. Contractors must possess valid PEC registration in relevant categories. Bid security at 5 percent of estimated cost is mandatory and original CDR must be submitted before opening. Successful bidders shall provide performance guarantee at 10 percent of contract amount. Pro Tip: Complete all BOQ entries and submit original bid security before tender opening.
