Transportation Of Wheat And Goods Tender Notice
Description
Transportation of wheat and goods from various districts of Punjab to Provincial Reserve Centres in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on per ton per kilometre basis according to the approved distance chart. Procurement method is single stage single envelope. Bid security of Rs. 5,000,000 for each PRC and NRC in the form of irrevocable CDR/SDR from a scheduled bank is required and must be submitted before opening. Successful bidders shall provide performance security and execute the contract agreement within 15 days of approval. Applicable taxes and duties including income tax, sales tax on services, stamp duty, DPR fund and professional tax shall be deducted as per law. Bids shall be submitted through E-PADS and opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Eligible contractors must possess at least 8 trucks, immovable property worth Rs. 30 lacs, bank balance of not less than Rs. 10 lacs, three years experience in carriage and food grain handling work, and 20 to 30 labourers.
