Street Pavement Drainage And Community Infrastructure Works Tender Notice
Description
Construction of street pavements, drains, side walls, culverts and repair and maintenance of community centers and Janazgah facilities across multiple villages and union councils in Tehsil Shah Alam, Peshawar under the Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiative. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS using single stage two envelope procedure. Bid security of Rs. 500,000 and tender fee equal to 0.03% of estimated cost are required. Eligible contractors must possess PEC Category C-6 or above registration, Local Council Board enlistment, KPRA registration, C&W enlistment and active taxpayer status. Technical bids will be opened first and financial bids of qualified bidders will be opened after evaluation. Performance security equal to 10% of contract price shall be required.
