Tobacco Development Cess Collection Tender Notice
Description
Re-auction for collection of Tobacco Development Cess for the financial year 2026-27 from tobacco traders and dealers excluding factories allocated tobacco quota by Pakistan Tobacco Board. Cess shall be collected on Virginia tobacco, White Patta Rustica tobacco including dust, waste, stem and related products, and snuff or naswar according to prescribed rates. Auction will be conducted through open public auction. Interested bidders are required to review the Standard Bidding Documents for detailed scope, conditions and contractual obligations.
