Supply of water through boring systems with associated solar powered installations at twelve locations in Skardu. Procurement is being conducted through single stage two envelope procedure. Technical evaluation requires demonstrated experience in boring works with solar systems, availability of machinery, qualified technical staff and complete technical documentation.
