Supply Of Medicines Medical And Hospital Goods Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of goods for FY 2026-27 including local purchase of medicines surgical disposables and non-drug items - laboratory chemicals and kit reagents - bedding and clothing - medical gases - contingent items - stationery and computer items - dental filling materials and other surgical items - ECG rolls ultrasound jelly ECG machine cables and chest electrodes - washing and laundry items. Bid securities include Rs.800,000 for medicines surgical disposables and non-drug items, Rs.700,000 for laboratory chemicals and kit reagents, Rs.100,000 for bedding clothing, Rs.50,000 for medical gases, Rs.200,000 for contingent items, Rs.200,000 for stationery and computer items, Rs.200,000 for dental filling materials and surgical items, Rs.20,000 for ECG related items and Rs.50,000 for washing and laundry items. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under KPPRA Rules. Bidders must be registered with FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax, active on the Active Taxpayers List, possess a valid drug sale license where applicable and must not be blacklisted by any government organization. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS and original Bank Draft or CDR must be submitted to the procuring entity. Bid prices shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes and duties. Detailed specifications and conditions are available in the bidding documents on EPADS. Bids will be opened by the Technical Committee in the presence of bidders.
