Turnkey Renovation Electrical And It Works Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of renovation works, partitioning, electrical works, IP CCTV system, fire alarm system, access control system, HVAC installation, furniture and IT works on turnkey basis for a PITB project. Estimated project cost is Rs.400,000,000 with fixed bid security of Rs.4,000,000. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Separate technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS. Income tax and sales tax registration certificates and all supporting documents are mandatory. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped or late bids shall not be considered. Pro Tip: Ensure all technical documents are uploaded and verified before bid submission.
