Independent Verification Agency Services Tender Notice
Description
Engagement of an Independent Verification Agency for the Accelerating State Owned Enterprises Transformation Program supported by the Asian Development Bank. The selected IVA will verify DLI achievements, assess Program Action Plan implementation, validate results framework indicators and confirm baseline data covering multiple state-owned enterprises and NHA. Selection shall be based on Quality and Cost Based Selection with technical and financial weightage of 80 percent and 20 percent respectively. Pro Tip: Demonstrate strong monitoring, evaluation and verification experience in public sector reform programs.
